The Hospitality manager is the perfect solution for applying for event tickets within large organisations. Employees can find all the sponsored events and apply for tickets at one location.

Below you will find the features of the basic version of the Hospitality manager. You can design the Hospitality manager as you wish with the options from the Option list.

Features

Events / Workshops management & organisation
The Hospitality manager enables creating events that include an unlimited number of packages / types of tickets. In case a package also includes a workshop you can add half days and workshops here. After all the information has been entered the employees of your organisation can apply for packages. The packages are shown in the Admin-menu where they can be approved or disapproved. The applicant receives a message about the application after this has been examined.

Invite guests personally and digitally
In case the application has been approved the guests can quickly and easily be invited with the help of the Hospitality manager. The recipient fills out the guest list and invites the guest. The guest will receive a personalized invitation. The guest will go to the registration screen via the link in the invitation. Here, the information can be checked and completed.

Creating personalized invitation folders
After all the guests have indicated in the Hospitality manager whether and with whom they will attend and after they have been assigned a seat (assigning), the ticket folders / accompanying letters can be written to go with the tickets. Choose a template and enter the text. Has everything been completed correctly? The ticket folders are sent to the fulfilment company in a certified PDF with one push of the button. They will ensure digital printing, add tickets and handle shipment.

Managing corporate and guest information
The data in the Hospitality manager is fast and easy to manage and to change, both by the user and the administrator. Links to external systems or software packages need to be investigated.

 

Reports
It is possible to report on nearly everything that is registered in the Hospitality manager. Reports are automatically supplied in Excel. The Hospitality manager has a lot of standard reports already but depending on requests we can develop reports and add those to the application.

Photo album  / Surveys
During the even the photographer can already start uploading the photographs in the Hospitality manager. The guests can look at the photographs after the event on their personal page. It is possible to also offer your guests a survey on the personal page, in addition to information and photographs. The results of the survey are stored in the database and reported in the statistics.
